Step into the exciting world of Preschool Gymnastics at Mt. Juliet Elite, where young children aged 3 to 4 1/2 years old embark on their first gymnastics journey. Our classes are specially designed to introduce the fundamentals of gymnastics, focusing on strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. Through engaging activities on vault, bars, beam, and floor, our youngest athletes learn essential skills while also understanding the importance of following directions and embracing constructive feedback. It’s more than gymnastics; it’s the beginning of a lifelong journey in a supportive and joyful environment.

We provide new students with a complimentary trial class in each program. This allows us to assess your child and place them in a class that matches their age, skill level, and interests.

A free trial also allows your child to participate and experience one of the many gymnastics, ninja, and tumbling classes offered by MJ Elite Gymnastics. If you have never taken a class at MJ Elite, we encourage you to come in for a free trial! We want our students to be satisfied with what we offer, and there is nothing better than experiencing an actual class before you decide. There is no obligation after the trial class!
