These clinics are offered to children ages 6 -16 years old! What better way to learn and achieve a back handspring than attending a 1 hour clinic dedicated to the technique and execution of a back handspring? Students will receive focused instruction on back handsprings including multiple different stations! Our coaches will cover ALL basics of tumbling, break down the back handspring in parts, set up multiple drills to develop muscle memory, and spot back handsprings! All levels are welcomed… beginner to advanced!
